Workmanship Geoffrey Founder of Kingdom Care Orphanage

Geoffrey, who founded Kingdom Care Orphanage in Togo. Geoffrey had been an orphan himself, and so he understands the challenges of living on the streets and struggling to survive. His difficult childhood motivated him to commit his life to helping other unfortunate children. Throughout his life, Geoffrey has prayed:
“Lord, where you go, I will go. Where you lead, I will follow”

And follow he did… As a young man, soon as he was able, Geoffrey bought some land in Armakpape and constructed an orphanage. His first attempt was built from wood and mud, but unfortunately it did not survive the rainy season. His next attempt was destroyed by wind and floods. He did not give up, and eventually he was able to build a structure that withstood the harsh environment, and he began his orphanage. He welcomed destitute children who had no other place to go. The building by then was not much more than a shack with some metal sheets as a roof, but it provided a home for the children, and it was filled with love.
